Rachel Lambert-Forsyth begins her role as RSM CEO.

Today, Monday 3 November 2025, marks the start of a new chapter for the RSM as Rachel Lambert-Forsyth begins her role as Chief Executive.

Professor Gillian Leng CBE, President of the RSM, said: “I’m delighted that today we welcome our new Chief Executive, Rachel Lambert-Forsyth. Rachel joins us at a pivotal time for the RSM, bringing great experience, energy and vision as we look ahead to an exciting new chapter. I know you will join me in welcoming her to the RSM community.”

Rachel will draw upon a wealth of experience in the health and bioscience sector to lead the development of a member-centred strategy for the organisation - focusing on growing our dynamic community and expanding our impact, as we work together to transform the future of healthcare through shared learning and innovation.
