Can I bring a guest with me to the members’ club?

The Restaurant and Bar are exclusive to RSM members, but members are more than welcome to bring guests to the Club. If you'd like to bring a guest, we ask that you meet them at the members’ entrance on Henrietta Place.  

If I am not an RSM member, can I book a hotel room?

Only RSM members can book a room at the RSM’s hotel. Please log in to make a reservation online.

How can I make changes or cancel my hotel reservation?

We ask that any changes or cancellations to your hotel reservation are made by 12:00 two days before the check-in date with our hotel reservations team, contactable on 020 7290 2960 or domus@rsm.ac.uk.

In accordance with our cancellation policy, we reserve the right to charge the equivalent of one night’s accommodation and sundries for any cancellations received after 2pm within two days of check-in date or in the event of a no-show.

Can I book a hotel room for my family?

Members are welcome to book two additional rooms for family members when booking a room for themselves. Family members can't stay unless the member is present.

Does the hotel provide extra beds and/or baby cots?

We can provide a sofa bed for an additional charge of £30 per night, and a baby cot at £12 per night. Please specify when making your reservation, so that we can ensure your room is suited to your requirements.

Does the hotel provide inter-connecting rooms?

Yes, we have some inter-connecting Executive Twin/Double rooms and Accessible Twin rooms. If you require inter-connecting rooms please specify when making your reservation.

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is served at the following times:

7am – 9:00am (Monday – Friday) and 7:30am – 10:30am (Saturdays – Sundays)

Is there a place to store my luggage?

You're welcome to leave your luggage in our cloakroom for up to 24 hours after you check out. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for any items left in the cloakroom. 

Is there parking onsite?

Yes - we have a limited number of spaces available onsite, booked on a first come first served basis at £40 per day. Alternatively, RSM members enjoy a 15% discount at the Q-Park car park in Cavendish Square. This can be pre-booked on the offers and discounts page or via Domus Medica reception - please call to make arrangements.

Is there somewhere to freshen up after work for an event if I’m not staying at the hotel?

We have a shower room available for £10 per one-hour slot. Please contact the reservation team to book.

Does the hotel offer accessible rooms?

It’s important to us to meet the needs of our guests and ensure a comfortable stay. Depending on individual requirements, accessible bedrooms are available on request and subject to availability. We have two DDA-compliant accessible rooms, each featuring an accessible bathroom with grab bars and dual-height washbasins, Bakare motorised beds with rails, dual-height wardrobe hanging rails, and ample space to accommodate large wheelchairs. Both accessible rooms interconnect with an adjacent room, allowing carers to stay in close proximity.
